ALUMNI Partners acted as legal advisor to Catalytic People, a joint venture between Interros and T-Technologies, on the acquisition of 25% stake in Selectel JSC, Russia's largest independent IT infrastructure provider.
ALUMNI Partners acted as legal advisor to Parus Asset Management on the acquisition of a 100% interest in a group of companies owning Mesto Vstrechi, Russia’s largest network of neighbourhood shopping centres, comprising 26 properties with a total area of 373,000 sq m in Moscow.
ALUMNI Partners advised the seller in connection with the sale of the group of companies “Poleks Ural”, which operates in the plastic packaging industry. The business was acquired by “Pegas” LLC, owned by the “Stroma” company.
