ALUMNI Partners Advised on the Sale of the Packaging Manufacturer “Poleks Ural”

ALUMNI Partners advised the seller in connection with the sale of the group of companies “Poleks Ural”, which operates in the plastic packaging industry. The business was acquired by “Pegas” LLC, owned by the “Stroma” company.

ALUMNI Partners’ team provided comprehensive legal support for the transaction, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, assisting with signing and closing, and advising on various aspects of the project.

“Poleks Ural” specialises in the production of plastic packaging. The company’s product range includes more than 190 types of goods, and it has annual production capacity of approximately 700 million units. “Poleks Ural” owns “Poleks Upakovka” and “Poleks Centre”, which specialise in distribution and processing.
