Acted for Skolkovo resident Double Data specialising in Big Data solutions for finance companies in a high-profile, precedent-setting dispute with the VKontakte social network over use of Big Data and the way search engines work. Acting for an oil trading company in arbitration proceedings with a Russian oil company over a dispute from the fuel oil supply agreement for over USD 10 mln.
