The Supreme Court overturned the lower courts decisions and reinstated the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation to recover over RUB 513 mln roubles from the infringer.

Successfully represented a major Russian businessman in RUB 7.5 billion litigation concerning alleged subsidiary liability for the debts of an insolvent leasing company. In the course of lengthy and complex proceedings, complicated by multiple ancillary disputes, our team proved that there were no legal grounds to hold the client subsidiarily liable.
