ALUMNI Partners is recognized in Kommersant’s ranking «M&A deals of the year»

The list of significant M&A deals on the Russian market in 2022 and the first half of 2023 includes two projects at once ALUMNI Partners’ team worked on:

1. Advised G City Europe (ex-Atrium European Real Estate), a leading owner, operator, and redeveloper of community shopping centres and residential for-rent assets in Central Europe, on the completed sale of its Russian real estate portfolio to Ramo-M Group, a Russia based developer and operator of the shopping centers in Krasnodar region.
2. Advised Reksoft Group on the acquisition of a 100% ownership interest in RNT Group, a stakeholder in OOO EPAM Systems, a Russian subsidiary of global software developer EPAM Systems Inc., the transaction being a landmark development for the Russian IT industry.
