Yuri has resolved a multitude of labour conflicts (in and out of court), including cases involving appeals against the legality of dismissal, claims for payment of compensations and “Golden Parachutes”, distribution of powers between company management bodies and officers, recovery of regional coefficients and more. Yuri regularly heads up hiring and firing projects, provides advice on HR work, including negotiations with employees, training and testing personnel, performing redundancies and job cuts, outstaffing, and protection of confidential information and personal data.
Yuri has also taken a direct part in a series of successful due diligence projects in relation to different companies, has developed optimal staff engagement schemes, proposed effective staff restructuring plans, elaborated on delegation and distribution of liability among the companies’ officers.
