ALUMNI Partners has advised Reksoft, a Russian IT company, on its acquisition of a 100% stake in RNT Group, the right holder of EPAM Systems LLC, a Russian subsidiary of the international software developer EPAM Systems Inc.

The announced deal is a landmark transaction for the IT industry in Russia. It has been approved by the state regulators in both Russia and the US and was completed in August 2023. The transaction terms do not contemplate a buy-back option. The main post-completion integration steps will take about a year, bringing the total number of employees of the join group to over 1,500.
