Advised Asterus Development on the acquisition of the TESLA Business Centre, a 15-storey Class A office building in Moscow. According to the seller, Etalon Group, the transaction became the largest office real estate deal on the Russian market in 2025 by value and total area (35,900 sq. m.).

Advising Vertical Investments, a subsidiary of VEB.RF managed by Sk Capital, in connection with its RUB 5 billion investment in the Softline group. Following the transaction, Vertical Investments acquired over 12.5% of shares in PJSC Softline.

Providing legal support to Radius Group, a Russian real estate developer, on setting up a joint venture with a private investor to build Northern Gate industrial park with an area of 220,000 sq. m. in Bely Rust, Dmitrov District, the Moscow Region. With the project investments totalling approximately RUB 23.5 bn, this transaction is considered the 2025’s biggest real estate development project in the warehouse market.

Advised T-Technologies on the acquisition of the Central Telegraph’s historic building located on Tverskaya street in Moscow with a total area of 68,424 sq. m for the accommodation of the Central University.

Advising RoccoForte Hotels Group on various complex corporate, commercial, regulatory (including counter sanctions) and tax legal matters in Russia.

Advised Tinkoff Group on a project to lease a Class A office with an area of almost 78,000 sq. m. at the AFI Square Business Centre under construction on Gruzinsky Val to accommodate the Group's headquarters, including all its core subdivisions, such as Tinkoff Bank, Tinkoff Insurance, Tinkoff Mobile, Tinkoff Development Centre and others. This deal is the biggest office lease ever on the Moscow office real estate market.
