Maksim Popov is PhD in Law, a Counsel in the Real Estate & Construction Practice.

He focuses on real estate development and greenfield projects. Maksim has more than 25 years’ extensive experience of providing legal support for major investment projects, including advising on acquisition of rights to both publicly and privately owned land plots, rezoning of agricultural and forest lands, construction of industrial, commercial and infrastructural facilities. Maksim represents clients in real estate disputes and has particular expertise in the fields of planning and zoning law.

Maksim is a recognised expert on real estate development and town-planning and has written over 50 publications on these issues, including five books. In addition, for many years, Maksim has lectured at the Statute and M-Logos Law Schools, the country’s leading educational institutions providing further education for lawyers.
