His professional expertise includes advising on both greenfield and brownfield projects, big property acquisitions and leases, assistance with all legal aspects of design and construction, such as drafting and negotiating comprehensive EPC contracts, project management agreements, design, construction and installation contractor agreements. He also advises on various real estate aspects of corporate M&A, natural resources, financing and other projects.
Dmitry has over 17 years’ experience in the international advisory sector, including a long record of service with major law firms, such as Baker & McKenzie and BCLP. He also lectured on Real Estate in Business and Law for the attendees of the School of Professionals at the Legal Department of Moscow State University.
