ALUMNI Partners advised T-Technologies Group on the acquisition of the Central Telegraph’s historic building located on Tverskaya street in Moscow with a total area of 68,424 sq. m for the accommodation of the Central University.
ALUMNI Partners team provided all-round support for the project, including legal due diligence, preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation, advising on various aspects of the transaction and subsequent reconstruction of the building. Work on the transaction was carried out in 2024-2025.
With this acquisition T-Technologies Group received sites to accommodate the Central University created with the support of more than 50 leading Russian companies. According to the mass media experts, this is the largest deal in the office real estate market in 2025.
