Successfully represented Pfizer Innovations LLC before the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in a precedent-setting dispute against Axelpharm concerning unfair competition and related to the launch of a generic product prior to the expiry of the patent. The Supreme Court overturned the lower courts decisions and reinstated the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation to recover over RUB 513 mln roubles from the infringer.

Advised VimpelCom PJSC on the acquisition of share in Voca-Tech LLC, a leading Russian developer of speech analytics solutions and monitoring of employee interaction with customers. Our advice included complex Russian and Kazakhstani law matters.

Advised PJSC Sovcombank, acting as the lead arranger, facility agent and one of the original lenders, and the syndicate of lenders on a RUB 43.15 bn syndicated loan facility for PJSC Gazprom.

Providing legal support to the concessionaire, VSM Two Capitals LLC, and its stakeholder, MC VSM Two Capitals JSC, in connection with the Moscow-St. Petersburg high-speed railway construction project. We advised on the preparation and amendment of the concession agreement, the development of the EPC contract and the agreement governing the design of the concession project, as well as on the financial close of the project.
