The ALUMNI Partners team has acted as legal counsel on VK Group’s acquisition of a 27-storey office tower, with a total area of 49,290 sq. m., in the SkyLight business centre located on Leningradsky Prospekt in Moscow.
ALUMNI Partners provided end-to-end support for the project, including due diligence on the property and its corporate owners, drafting transaction documents and advising on various transaction aspects.
A number of realty experts see this transaction as the biggest deal on the office property market this year.
