ALUMNI Partners has advised Rusnano on the sale of a share in Novomet

ALUMNI Partners acted as a legal advisor to Rusnano in connection with the sale of 30,76% shares in Novomet, a large manufacturer of oil and gas equipment, to industrial group Konar.
