Marina Ivanova has been promoted to Counsel of Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Practice. She has over 19 years of professional expertise advising clients in commercial disputes, including those related to real estate, construction and architectural work. Marina has extensive experience representing creditors in courts in bankruptcy cases and at meetings of creditors. Marina’s clients include construction materials manufacturers, food companies and retail chains. Marina is recognized as recommended lawyer in Dispute Resolution by Best Lawyers in Russia and Pravo-300.

Ekaterina Fourmanova has been appointed Counsel with Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Practice. Ekaterina has over 15 years of advising on intellectual property matters, including the development of brand protection and anti-counterfeiting programmes, registration, protection and enforcement of trademark rights, and IP transaction support. Her clients include Russian and foreign companies from various sectors such as FMCG, IT, TMT, agro-industrial complex, travel industry, air transport and logistics, pharmaceuticals and others. Ekaterina is actively involved in the activities INTA (International Trade Mark Association) and ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).
