Successfully represented Pfizer Innovations LLC before the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in a precedent-setting dispute against Axelpharm concerning unfair competition and related to the launch of a generic product prior to the expiry of the patent. The Supreme Court overturned the lower courts decisions and reinstated the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation to recover over RUB 513 mln roubles from the infringer.

Advising the founders of Swordfish Security, a Russian group of company developing solutions for secure software development (DevSecOps), application security (AppSec) and AI security, on the sale of a 42.155% stake in the group’s main company to WIM Investments.

Advising WIM Realty closed-end mutual investment fund, managed by WIM Savings, on the acquisition from Forma, the PIK Group developer, of the FRAME Workplace, Class A business centre under construction, near Belorussky Railway Station in Moscow, structured as a purchase of a future asset. According to public sources the transaction value was reportedly up to RUB 45 billion.

Advised the seller in connection with the sale of the Poleks Ural group of companies, a manufacturer of plastic packaging.
