Provided full complex support to Alticor, a major US corporation, in relation to the liquidation of its Russian subsidiary, AMWAY Russia, at all stages from planning and preparation up to successful termination of the Russian entity by way of liquidation.

Advised VK Group on acquiring "Singer", which owns the long-term leasehold rights to the famous Singer House building located on St Petersburg’s Nevsky Prospekt, which accommodates the headquarters of VKontakte.

Advised G City Europe (ex-Atrium European Real Estate), a leading owner, operator and redeveloper of community shopping centres and residential to-let assets in Central Europe, on the completed sale of its Russian real estate portfolio to Ramo-M Group, a Russia based developer and operator of shopping centres in Krasnodar Region. The RUB 11.72 bn transaction included sale of shares in ten Russian companies owning seven shopping and entertainment centres under the “Park House” brand in the Volga Region, Kazan, St Petersburg, Ekaterinburg and Moscow, as well as legal assistance in successfully applying for approval of the deal by the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investment in Russia. This transaction was recognised as M&A Deal of the Year in development in 2023 by Kommersant Publishing House.

Advised VK Group on acquiring the 27-storey, 49,290 sq. m. Skylight tower on Moscow’s Leningradsky Prospect. According to assessments by Real Estate market experts, the transaction was the biggest on the office market since the beginning of 2023.
