Polina specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration, also her practice concentrates on international dispute resolution, including international arbitration and Russian litigation.

Polina graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in law from Tomsk State University and obtained a Master’s degree in law from Higher School of Economics (Moscow) with honors. She also has a Master’s degree in law (LL.M.) from Singapore Management University, Yong Pung How School of Law.

Acted for RusHydro in an international arbitration with the Kyrgyz Republic over reimbursement of RusHydro’s USD 37 million investment in construction of the Upper-Naryn hydroelectric power plant cascade.

Sberbank

Advised Sberbank on the recently completed sale of Eurocement Group debt and equity, following an electronic auction, to the winning bidder – Mikhaylovsky Construction Materials Plant – for an aggregate consideration of RUB 161 bn – positively reviewed by Sberbank as “Unique in terms of size and structure, the transaction is unprecedented on the Russian market. It has been closed by means of an open and transparent market procedure during which participants raised their bids over 40 times.”
