For more than 18 years, Mikhail has been advising Russian and multinational companies on tax structuring, tax control and strategies for identifying and minimising tax risks. He also has significant experience of assisting clients in tax inspections and disputes of any level of complexity, from pre-inspection analysis to in-court settlement.

Mikhail’s expertise covers a wide range of industries, including IT/TMT, pharmaceutical industry and healthcare, transport, FMCG, chemical and mining industries.

Before joining ALUMNI Partners, Mikhail was in charge of tax practices with major consulting companies, including the Big Four.

Mikhail is recognised by leading Russian and international ratings, including Pravo-300 (for Tax disputes and Tax Advice), Best Lawyers in Russia and The Legal 500.
