Maria Kudinova concentrates on international arbitrations and cross-border litigations.

She has also participated in the large-scale transactions involved several jurisdictions and in advising clients on the other cross-border matters.

Maria graduated with honors from Moscow State University Law School (Bachelor’s Degree) and Higher School of Economics (Master’s Degree).

She was ranked among RAA40 Top 10 Young Arbitration Practitioners under the age of 40 in 2024 and was also elected to RAA40's new Council for 2025-2028.
