Kseniya has experience in advising local and international companies on various matters of law and has represented clients in complex transactions involving multiple jurisdictions. She has participated in a number of legal due diligence projects, corporate and asset acquisitions, and capital markets transactions on domestic and international stock exchanges.

RoccoForte Hotels Group

Advising RoccoForte Hotels Group on various complex corporate, commercial, regulatory (including counter sanctions) and tax legal matters in Russia.

Provided full complex support to Alticor, a major US corporation, in relation to the liquidation of its Russian subsidiary, AMWAY Russia, at all stages from planning and preparation up to successful termination of the Russian entity by way of liquidation.

Advising X5 Group on acquiring 70% stakes in the Krasny Yar and Slata businesses, two leading retailers in Eastern Siberia, and on setting up a joint venture to manage the two retail chains. The deal, supported by an ALUMNI Partners team, was recognised by Legal Insight in the category “M&A Deal of the Year in Retail” in 2022.
