Providing legal support to the concessionaire, VSM Two Capitals LLC, and its stakeholder, MC VSM Two Capitals JSC, in connection with the Moscow-St. Petersburg high-speed railway construction project. We advised on the preparation and amendment of the concession agreement, the development of the EPC contract and the agreement governing the design of the concession project, as well as on the financial close of the project.

Advising Zenit Football Club JSC on reconstructing and operating a football stadium in St. Petersburg on a concession agreement basis.

Advising VEB.RF on projects for developing municipal overland electric transport in Kursk, Saratov, Krasnoyarsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Lipetsk, Perm, Yaroslavl and Volgograd on the basis of concession agreements as part of the Programme for Comprehensive Development of Municipal Electric Public Transport.

Advising Air Marakanda, the private project developer, in connection with the redevelopment of Samarkand Airport, including signing a PPP Agreement and achieving the financial closure.

Advising a consortium of lenders in connection with the financing of a multi-billion project for the construction and operation of a waste-to-energy (W2E) facility in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Advising a consortium of lenders, including VEB.RF, Gazprombank, Sber and the Eurasian Development Bank on USD 1.5 bn project financing for construction and operation of the fourth section of the Central Ring Road in the Moscow region.
