Iskander has more than 12 years’ experience advising clients on PPP, tender procedures and project finance. He acts for all the main parties to PPP transactions, including lenders, Russian and foreign investors, and state-owned entities.
He is also a member of the Expert Council of the Association of Infrastructure Investors and Lenders, participates in expert reviews and drafts amendments to the PPP legislation.
