Ekaterina focuses on commercial and corporate law and has extensive legal expertise, including drafting various types of contracts, policies and internal documents.
She advises Russian and international companies on a wide spectrum of legal issues. She supports clients in business transactions and production, participates in due diligence projects and is involved in drafting transaction documents.
Ekaterina graduated with honours from the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade.
Before joining ALUMNI Partners, Ekaterina worked for one of the world’s biggest tyre manufacturers and a major electronics company.
