Provided full complex support to Alticor, a major US corporation, in relation to the liquidation of its Russian subsidiary, AMWAY Russia, at all stages from planning and preparation up to successful termination of the Russian entity by way of liquidation.

Successfully represented Fives Group in a dispute over recovery of an advance payment under a construction contract and damages from a Russian subsidiary of the international industrial engineering group Fives totaling about RUB 600 million and recovery of the cost of works and damages totaling about RUB 1 billion on a counterclaim in its favor, resulting in the amicable settlement.
