Andrey Dorin

Andrey has more than 18 years’ experience with disputes before Russian courts and international arbitration. Prior to joining ALUMNI Partners, Andrey spent eight years with a major Russian metals company where he was in charge of contentious legal work.

His expertise covers successful representation of corporates in multi-billion disputes over recovery of damages, validity of transactions and contracts, resolution of corporate conflicts and imposition of secondary liability. Andrey also handled criminal and administrative cases.

In addition, Andrey’s experience includes a series of disputes related to discharge of concession agreements for constructing educational facilities, cancellation of contractor agreements and recovery of security payments (independent guarantee).
