Anastasia Speranskaya

Anastasia focuses on sale and purchase of assets (including distressed ones), has extensive experience of heading up due diligence projects (including foreign and multi-national company groups), transaction structuring, transaction document drafting (including ones governed by English law), and negotiating and closing transactions, among them multi-jurisdictional deals.

She has led a number of major restructuring projects and has a track record of assisting clients with corporate conflicts, director and executive dismissals. Against the current background, Anastasia spends much of her time advising on the sanctions and counter-sanctions legislation, risk management and bankruptcy.

She is completing a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of London.
