Advising MIND Software, a Russian developer of system and infrastructure software, in connection with the sale of a 24.99% interest in Mind Soft LLC to YADRO, a leading player in the Russian IT and TMT infrastructure market.

Advising Vertical Investments, a subsidiary of VEB.RF managed by Sk Capital, in connection with its RUB 5 billion investment in the Softline group. Following the transaction, Vertical Investments acquired over 12.5% of shares in PJSC Softline.

Advised Zavod TEСHNO, a subsidiary of TECHNONICOL, on the acquisition of 100% of shares in TD LTM LLC, a manufacturer of fiber cement boards and owner of two production plants.

Advised VimpelCom PJSC on the acquisition of share in Voca-Tech LLC, a leading Russian developer of speech analytics solutions and monitoring of employee interaction with customers. Our advice included complex Russian and Kazakhstani law matters.

Advised T-Development (subsidiary of T-Bank) on the acquisition of the Tourist hotel complex comprising five buildings (total area – 24,700 m2) for the Central University campus.
