Alina Polynkova

Prior to joining ALUMNI Partners, she served as a leading specialist state customs inspector of the Legal Department of the Central Customs Administration.

Alina graduated with honours from the Russian Customs Academy, and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree (Russian Customs Academy).

Alina has extensive knowledge of customs control after the release of goods and collection of customs charges. She is well versed in all classification of goods in accordance with the EAEU TN VED, the procedure and specifics of determining the customs value, confirmation of the intended purpose of the goods.

She has vast experience associated with customs authorities considering applications for amendments to customs declarations after release of goods.
