Alexander Muravin

The key focus of his professional practice includes supporting clients during Russian FAS investigations, assessing permissibility of agreements and assisting clients in abuse-of-dominance matters.

Alexander’s expertise covers legal regulation of pharmaceutical operations and medical product circulation, telecommunication technologies and software. He has a wealth of experience in advising major clients. Alexander has contributed to assisting clients during Russian FAS audits, participated in mock antitrust raids requested by clients, and developed antimonopoly and compliance policies for major international companies.

Alexander is proactively involved in lawmaking. He is a member of the Competition Experts Association, cooperates with the Corporate Counsel Association and Association of European Businesses. Alexander has contributed to developing several Russian FAS-approved, nonbinding (recommendatory) documents for pharmaceutical and telecommunication market players. In 2023 Alexander was honored with a special award by the Competition Experts Association for significant contribution to the work of the supranational regulation committee.
