Successfully represented Pfizer Innovations LLC before the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in a precedent-setting dispute against Axelpharm concerning unfair competition and related to the launch of a generic product prior to the expiry of the patent. The Supreme Court overturned the lower courts decisions and reinstated the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation to recover over RUB 513 mln roubles from the infringer.

Advised Asterus Development on the acquisition of the TESLA Business Centre, a 15-storey Class A office building in Moscow. According to the seller, Etalon Group, the transaction became the largest office real estate deal on the Russian market in 2025 by value and total area (35,900 sq. m.).

Advising MIND Software, a Russian developer of system and infrastructure software, in connection with the sale of a 24.99% interest in Mind Soft LLC to YADRO, a leading player in the Russian IT and TMT infrastructure market.

Advising Accent Capital on the sale of 100% of shares in Interprodresurs LLC, which owns the Class A business center Delta Plaza, to the closed-end mutual investment credit fund WIM Real Estate managed by WIM Savings. The transaction value is 6.7 bn rubles.
