RusHydro

Acted for RusHydro in an international arbitration with the Kyrgyz Republic over reimbursement of RusHydro’s USD 37 million investment in construction of the Upper-Naryn hydroelectric power plant cascade. 
The arbitration was conducted under UNCITRAL rules with the seat of arbitration in Hong Kong. Despite numerous objections from the defendant, the arbitral tribunal granted RusHydro's claims almost in full and awarded reimbursement of all RusHydro legal expenses.
