Providing legal support to Radius Group, a Russian real estate developer, on setting up a joint venture with a private investor to build Northern Gate industrial park with an area of 220,000 sq. m. in Bely Rust, Dmitrov District, the Moscow Region. With the project investments totalling approximately RUB 23.5 bn, this transaction is considered the 2025’s biggest real estate development project in the warehouse market.

Providing legal support to Rosbank on a series of M&A transactions in 2022-2024, including acquisition of the Russian subsidiaries of foreign banks and financial companies and acquisition of Tochka bank.

Advised T-Development (subsidiary of T-Bank) on the acquisition of the Tourist hotel complex comprising five buildings (total area – 24,700 m2) for the Central University campus.
