Advised R7, a Russian developer of "R7-Office" (a cross-platform software application package for collaborative work with office documents), on the sale of a stake to VK Group.

Providing legal support to the concessionaire, VSM Two Capitals LLC, and its stakeholder, MC VSM Two Capitals JSC, in connection with the Moscow-St. Petersburg high-speed railway construction project. We advised on the preparation and amendment of the concession agreement, the development of the EPC contract and the agreement governing the design of the concession project, as well as on the financial close of the project.
