Advising Accent Capital on the sale of 100% of shares in Interprodresurs LLC, which owns the Class A business center Delta Plaza, to the closed-end mutual investment credit fund WIM Real Estate managed by WIM Savings. The transaction value is 6.7 bn rubles.

Advising the buyer on the acquisition of a stake in the EdTech company GetCourse from the Pre-IPO 1 Fund managed by VIM Investments.

Advising Vertical Investments, a subsidiary of VEB.RF managed by Sk Capital, in connection with its RUB 5 billion investment in the Softline group. Following the transaction, Vertical Investments acquired over 12.5% of shares in PJSC Softline.
