Advising the buyer on the acquisition of a stake in the EdTech company GetCourse from the Pre-IPO 1 Fund managed by VIM Investments.

Advising Vertical Investments, a subsidiary of VEB.RF managed by Sk Capital, in connection with its RUB 5 billion investment in the Softline group. Following the transaction, Vertical Investments acquired over 12.5% of shares in PJSC Softline.

Advised Zavod TEСHNO, a subsidiary of TECHNONICOL, on the acquisition of 100% of shares in TD LTM LLC, a manufacturer of fiber cement boards and owner of two production plants.
