Advising the client on a wide range of issues related to the business restructuring and its division into a global international business (represented in the UAE) and Russian business, and the creation and launch of a large-scale electronic platform in the UAE to enable communication between participants of business events (industry exhibitions). As part of the project, we advised the client on the division of businesses and allocation of the unit in the UAE, including corporate, tax, commercial issues, development of corporate and contractual structure, intellectual property and personal data issues.
