Successfully represented Pfizer Innovations LLC before the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in a precedent-setting dispute against Axelpharm concerning unfair competition and related to the launch of a generic product prior to the expiry of the patent. The Supreme Court overturned the lower courts decisions and reinstated the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation to recover over RUB 513 mln roubles from the infringer.
