ALUMNI Partners acted as a legal advisor to X5 Group in connection with the acquisition of the Forward-Market distributor's business in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
As part of the transaction X5 Group will acquire ownership of distribution centers (28 000 sq. m) and a fleet of 47 vehicles.
The project was led by ALUMNI Partners' Corporate / M&A practice team including Ekaterina Dedova, Partner, Nikolay Kholshev, Counsel, Ayta Aduchieva, Senior Associate.
