ALUMNI Partners Advised on the Pre-IPO 1 Fund's Exit from GetCourse

ALUMNI Partners acted as legal advisor to the buyer in connection with the acquisition of a stake in GetCourse, one of the largest EdTech companies in Russia. The stake was acquired from GetCourse's first investor, Pre-IPO 1 Fund managed by WIM Investments, as part of the fund's completion of its investment cycle, resulting in a 4.7x CoC (Cash-on-Cash) return.

ALUMNI Partners’ team provided comprehensive legal support for the transaction, including drafting transactional documentation, supporting the buyer in negotiations, and assisting with the signing and closing of the deal.
