ALUMNI Partners acted as a legal advisor to VK Group in relation to the acquisition of 100% shares in CJSC "Singer", which owns the long-term leasehold rights for the famous Singer House building, with an area of about 8,000 square meters, located on Nevsky Avenue in St. Petersburg and hosting the headquarters of VKontakte.
ALUMNI Partners provided all-round project support, including legal due diligence of the company and the building, preparation of transaction documentation, and providing advice on various aspects of the transaction.
