ALUMNI Partners advised T-Bank on acquisition of the Tourist hotel complex

ALUMNI Partners advised T-Development (subsidiary of T-Bank) on the acquisition of the Tourist hotel complex comprising five buildings (total area – 24,700 m2) for the Central University campus.

ALUMNI Partners team provided comprehensive transaction support, including conducting legal due diligence of the companies and real estate assets, transaction structuring, preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation, obtaining clearance from the FAS Russia, as well as advising on other aspects of the transaction. Our team continues to support T-Development with the project, including matters related to operations, renovation works, connection to utility networks and other aspects.
