ALUMNI Partners acted as legal advisor to Catalytic People, a joint venture between Interros and T-Technologies, on the acquisition of 25% stake in Selectel JSC, Russia's largest independent IT infrastructure provider. The transaction value is estimated at up to 16 bn rubles.
ALUMNI Partners’ team provided comprehensive support for the transaction, including legal due diligence of the company and its assets, advice on the transaction structuring, preparation and negotiation of complex transaction documentation, as well as assisting with the closing.
