The law firm ALUMNI Partners acted as the legal advisor to Raven Russia in connection with the sale of PRIMIUM, a 17.2 thousand sq. m. class “A” business center on Primorsky Prospect in St. Petersburg, to the closed-end investment fund “RD 2,” managed by the management company “SAVINGS PLUS LIMITED.”
The ALUMNI Partners team provided comprehensive transaction support, including the preparation and coordination of transaction documentation, addressing taxation and financing issues, managing relations with tenants, and participating in negotiations with the buyer's representatives and consultants regarding the terms and content of the transaction documents.
