ALUMNI Partners Advises MIND Software on Stake Sale

ALUMNI Partners acted as legal counsel to MIND Software, a Russian developer of system and infrastructure software, in connection with the sale of a 24.99% interest in Mind Soft LLC to YADRO, a leading player in the Russian IT and TMT infrastructure market.

ALUMNI Partners’ team provided comprehensive legal support for the transaction, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, assisting with the closing, and advising on other deal-related matters.

This transaction marks an important step in the development of the technological partnership between the companies and opens up new opportunities for creating integrated hardware-software IT solutions that combine their expertise and technologies. Integrating YADRO’s solutions with MIND Software’s products will expand the existing base of deployed solutions by enabling entry into new market segments and diversifying current offerings through unique competitive advantages.
