ALUMNI Partners advised on the sale of Kuznetskaya thermal power plant

ALUMNI Partners acted as legal advisor to Siberian Generating Company LLC and Kuzbassenergo JSC on the sale of 100% of shares in Kuznetskaya TPP JSC, which owns a coal-fired thermal power plant and is one of the key thermal power producers in Novokuznetsk, the largest city of the Kemerovo region, providing heat supply to its residents as well as local industrial enterprises.

The ALUMNI Partners team provided full legal support for the transaction, including preparation and negotiation of transactional documentation, participation in negotiations, assistance with signing and closing, as well as advice on other various aspects of the deal.
