ALUMNI Partners advised Cherkizovo Group on the acquisition of a poultry farming complex

ALUMNI Partners advised APK Mikhailovskiy LLC, a subsidiary of Cherkizovo Group, in connection with the acquisition of a 100% stake in Ruscom LLC, a company aggregating poultry assets of Ruscom Group in Tyumen region.

Cherkizovo Group is the largest domestic manufacturer of meat products. The acquired asset is an automated broiler breeding and processing complex comprising seven breeding sites, a multiplier, a meat processing plant, a feed mill and a grain elevator. This transaction will allow the client to increase the number of regions of its operations and strengthen position in the market for branded chicken products by increasing annual production by 60 thousand tonnes of live weight.
