ALUMNI Partners advised Etalon Group on its acquisition of a stake in a joint venture established in the Russian region for a large-scale integrated territorial development project

ALUMNI Partners acted as a legal advisor to Etalon Group on the acquisition of a 65% stake in a joint venture established to implement a major project for integrated territorial development in the city of Rostov-on-Don. The project is going to be developed on a site covering over 300 hectares and is scheduled to get underway in 1H 2025.

ALUMNI Partners team provided comprehensive transaction support, including legal due diligence of the property that will form the basis of the joint venture, preparation of transaction documentation, and providing advice on various aspects of the transaction.
