ALUMNI Partners advised Accent Capital on the sale of Delta Plaza business center

ALUMNI Partners acted as legal advisor to Accent Capital on the sale of 100% of shares in Interprodresurs LLC, which owns Class A business center Delta Plaza in the center of Moscow (total area – 25,100 m2) to the closed-end mutual investment credit fund WIM Real Estate managed by WIM Savings. The transaction value is 6.7 bn rubles.
