ALUMNI Partners announce IP Practice enhancement

Еkaterina Fourmanova joins ALUMNI Partners IP Practice as Head of Trademark Prosecution Group. She will be responsible for registration and transfer of trademark rights and will also handle other aspects of intellectual property rights protection.

Before joining ALUMNI Partners, Ekaterina worked for international law firm Gowling WLG and served as in-house counsel with a major FMCG company, both at its Russian office and its headquarters, where she dealt with IP strategic planning, copyright and combatting of counterfeit products.

Ekaterina’s key clients include companies owning globally renowned brands and representing various economic sectors such as IT, FMCG, tourism, pharma, media, etc.

Ekaterina graduated from the Russian Academy of Intellectual Property and holds an LL.M. from the SS. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje (UKIM) and the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI) joint master’s programme. She is a Russian patent attorney and an active member of INTA and ECTA.
